The Main Event Room is regularly decorated in simple elegance and allows 230 guests to dine or enjoy an event comfortably. Our smaller dining room is capable of hosting more intimate events in addition to operating seasonally for a la carte service. Located among the finger lake in the hamlet of Marietta, our space consistently provides a quiet & relaxed ambience for any of your visits here.

Positioned in Central New York at the North End of Otisco Lake makes for a short and scenic drive anyone from Skaneateles, Tully, Marcellus, Lafayette, Otisco, Onondaga, Camillus or in-between !

 History

In 1830, Jonathon Russell built the original Marietta House to accommodate weary stagecoach travelers along the Skaneateles/Hamilton Turnpike. In 1935, the original building was destroyed by fire and the owners Don and Ethel Dillon relocated the restaurant to a barn behind the original building. In 1969 Eugene ‘Tom’ Donovan purchased the business from the Dillons. The business remained "Dillons" until 1984, then after many renovations and for the sake of history the name reverted to the original Marietta House.
